Flying Around

"That does sound like fun but I would rather like to stay by my sea then go into drought Terragon. Besides you could just get some stallions who are bored of life and have them go with you to Terragon." Spirit walked to the sea and stood in ankle deep water listening to the water fight against his legs. He also thought about his mate and daughter that died while giving birth a few years ago. He sighed and look down at his reflection.

I'm not going into Terragon. It's horrible there! My friend went there to see it and never returned Cas sighed. Why won't he go? she thought Time's running out

I looked back at Cas and sighed. I'm sorry to hear that. My herd lived there and Blade and his army wiped them out but took the young who are now the soldiers of Blade. I can't show up and hurt them their family." He walked out of the sea and past Cas walking along the shore.

Really? I never knew that. Cas wondered Somebvody should attempt to rescue them. I would go with somebody, but I can't go by myself

"Well I do know the way around Terragon but if I enter there so many of the dark soldiers will come up trying to convince me to pick their side. Know of any way to get around them?" Spirit stopped and turned to face Cas.

"Well I'll go only if those dreaded darks leave me be. I know the area like the back of my hoof so we can set out whenever you want." He walked towards Cas and looked in the direction of Terragon.

Good she thought silently I'll fly on ahead she called out I'll see where they are and create a diversion

"Alright, I'll start heading towards the soldier's camp. And Cas...thanks your the only horse I've met that hasn't tried to make me change sides." He smiled then trotted towards Terragon.

Cas smiled sweetly and hurridley flew towards Terragon. Must get there before him she thought Gotta tell Blade

*flies over the water and lands on the edge of the beach close to the water, prancing in the sand*This place is beautiful!

Free Spirit cantered to the beach looking back to make sure he lost Blade. He then stopped and collapsed at his exhaustion. He hadn't eaten in 3 days and was whipped and beat. He had bleeding scars all over his body and his breathing was heavy and slow, more like a wheezing. ~I have to help Sky~ He tried to get back up but he couldn't move his legs. He laid his head back down and just lay there looking around till he finally fell asleep.

*canters along the beach and suddenly sees Free Spirit on the beach, bolts over to him and gently nudges his shoulder*Hey, are you alright?

Spirit opens his eyes a bit then closes them after seeing the mare. "What do you think?" He didn't mean to be rude but after being beat and chased my Blade himself no one would be in a good mood. He opened his eyes again and looked up at the mare. "Please don't worry about me I'll be fine in a few days."

Sky galloped quickly into Sunset Beach. She scanned te place, looking for Spirit. She soon spotted him and cantered over. "Hey, Spirit?" she whispered when she reached his side.

Spirit heard his name called and looked over to see Sky next to him. "Hey you made it out in one piece, though I think I lost a bit while being chased by Blade." He smiled a bit at this. He grunted in pain as he tried to stand up. When finally got to his feet he leaned against a tree that was next to him, his legs started to bleed again as he used his muscled to stand. "Uhh...why do they always go to far." He kept his head low as it felt like a brick at the moment and he breathed heavily.

Sky half smiled at Spirit "Just about" she replied when he remarked about her. She moves over to beside the tree and let Spirit lean against her as well. "How are you feeling?" she asked him

She waited for his reply before she made her way back to Zathra. "I gotta check on Adelina" Sky called back "I'll be back sometime" she walked steadily back along the beach towards the beautiful island.

Spirit sighed. "I'm alright." He winced at some pain in his leg. "Alright visit me anytime you want. I can't get too far so I'll be here." He started at a snails pace towards the water so that he could stand in it and hear the familiar sound of the waves hitting his legs, he missed the water.

*wades out into the water not far from Spirit* If you'd like me to I can heal your open wounds for you, then they won't bleed anymore, they won't hurt so much either.

Spirit looked over to the mare. "No it's alright I'm going to let my sea heal it like it always does." He smiled and looked down at the waves. ~It's good to home.~ He smiled and winced a bit as a big wave crashed into his bleeding legs. He then calmed down and felt a bit better as his body got numb from the salt rubbing against his wounds.

*nods and smiles* I understand, just thought I'd make the offer to you.If you change your mind about any though, let me know.*wades farther out into the water until she is swimming below the waves, out of sight*

Free Spirit sighed then walked out of the water feeling a bit better. He looked around and remembered the last time he was here he was deceived by Cascading Waters. ~How can I ever trust anyone after this.~ He sighed again then went over to his laying down in deep thought. ~All this happened just because I'm agile and strong.~ He looked out the entrance at the sea.

*suddenly explodes out of the water, beating her wings hard and fast straining to get higher into the air, just barely getting of reach of a leaping orca that just grazes the tip of her tail with its teeth, screams something at the orca in a strange language before landing on the beach fuming with anger and grumbling* Blasted thing, try to eat me will it? Well, it'll not get away with that!*snorts and stalks farther up the beach and flops down under a palm tree*

Sky walks to Sunset Beach again. She sighed, she liked it here but it reminded her of Spirit, then of Blade. She saw Spirit and went over to his cave " 'Lo. I'm back" she said when she got there
